These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pavilion Fence website (the “Site”) and any requests for quotes, consultations, or services offered by Pavilion Fence (“Pavilion Fence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Business Information

Pavilion Fence is a locally owned and operated fence contractor based in Severn, MD.

2) Service Area

We proudly serve Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas, including but not limited to: Severn, Odenton, Jessup, Gambrills, Millersville, Hanover, Crofton, Fort Meade, and Glen Burnie.

3) Quotes, Estimates, and Scope of Work

  • Free On-Site Estimates: Requests made through the Site are for information and scheduling purposes and do not create a binding contract.
  • Estimates: Any estimate provided is based on visible site conditions and current material costs. Estimates may be subject to change due to unforeseen site conditions, material price fluctuations, or changes in project scope.
  • Final Agreement: A final scope of work, price, and timeline will be set out in a written proposal or contract provided by Pavilion Fence and accepted by the customer.

4) Payments and Invoicing

  • Invoicing: We use Jobber to provide digital invoices to our customers.
  • Payment Method: Payments are typically made in person or as otherwise specified on your Jobber invoice.
  • Terms: Payment terms, including any required deposits and final payment due dates, will be clearly stated on your invoice or contract.

5) Permits and HOA Requirements

Pavilion Fence assists with handling permits and HOA requirements as part of our service. However, the customer is responsible for providing accurate property plats and any specific HOA guidelines or approval documents required for the project.

6) Customer Responsibilities and Site Conditions

The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the work area and to disclose:

  • Property lines and boundary markers (Pavilion Fence is not responsible for boundary disputes).
  • Underground hazards such as irrigation, private electrical lines, or septic systems not marked by public utility marking services (e.g., Miss Utility).
  • Any known easements or restrictions.

7) Warranties and Disclaimers

Any warranties for labor or materials will be detailed in your specific project contract.

SITE DISCLAIMER: THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Maryland law, Pavilion Fence’s total liability for any claim related to the use of this Site or our services will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be brought in the courts of Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
